What is included in the fee?

Live events:

  • Access to all presentation and networking opportunities, including 1-2-1 meetings
  • All food and refreshments during the conference sessions (excludes evening meals)
  • All post-conference presentation slides and notes (*)
  • On-site assistance with networking (where applicable).
  • Pass to attend the hosted cocktail reception
  • Membership in the PharmaSynergy Club (vendor groups are subject to approval)

Digital events

  • Access to all sessions, discussions, virtual presentations and on-demand videos
  • Full use of the Partnering Platform
  • Detailed profile of the company
  • Attendee's personal virtual business card
  • Membership in the PharmaSynergy Club (vendor groups are subject to approval)

When do I pay?

On receiving your completed registration form, we will send an official confirmation and invoice within 24 hours. If you have not already paid by credit card, the full delegate fee payment is due within 7 calendar days upon receiving the event invoice.

If payment has not been received before the start of the event, delegates will be refused entry. If you have not received your invoice within 24 hours, please lease let us know by writing to enquiries@lynx2market.com

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel up to 10 business days before an event, you will receive a refund less the administration fee of 250 Euro.

Cancellations less than 10 business days before the event are entitled to a pass for a future conference for either yourself or a colleague from the same company, valid for one year.

What happens if I need to send a substitute?

If you are unable to attend and would like to nominate a substitute, please let us know by writing to us at enquiries@lynx2market.com. Please ask your substitute to provide identification on-site.

What information do we collect?

We collect your contact information when you register or subscribe to a newsletter (e-mail address) and your demographic information (such as industry, job function, country). We may ask you to provide more information on a voluntary basis (contact telephone number). It is entirely up to you whether you are happy to give us any additional information. Lynx2Market Ltd is the sole owner of the personal information collected on this site. We will not share this information with others.

If you have visited our Web site, your "cookie" information is used to provide a more personalized experience on the Web site. For this medium, we use technologies and procedures to protect personal data. We review our strategies to meet our business needs, changes in technology, and regulatory requirements.

Storing of Personal Data

We will only keep this information for as long as necessary but not longer than 6 months from the moment of submission.

Confidentiality

Lynx2Market respects a duty of confidentiality we owe to our customers, and we will not routinely disclose a person’s personal information (including COVID vaccination status) unless we have a legitimate and justifiable reason to do so. Before sharing any information, we will ensure the legal basis and process on which the government request is based on.

  • the right to request a visual check of COVID Passe (either a hard-copy document or a pass held on a digital device). Please note that we will need you to submit a request with your name in writing for the visual check route;

  • the right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data;
  • the right to erase your personal data
