Q. How do I register for the virtual event?

A. The platform is fully integrated with PharmaSynergy website. Joining a the PS-Platform via the website requires a code. Two weeks before the event, we will share the code and the link that will allow you to join the platform. Only authorised email addresses will be admitted to the platform.

If you haven’t received a code or missed our communication via e-mail, please contact us.


Q. What if I missed a session but would like to get access to the presentations and event recording?

A. You will be able to get access to all the conference materials after the event has been concluded. The materials will be available for one year after the event has been concluded.


Q. Any technical details should I be aware of that ensure I can attend the event?

A. The platform allows access using a Desktop or any mobile device. We recommend using headphones and ensuring you have a stable Wi-Fi or broadband connection.

Google Chrome is recommended for using the platform application.


Q. What if I would like to nominate a replacement attendee?

. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no charge. You will need to write to us, requesting a replacement; sharing the person's e-mail and contact details.
