Pre-Event Visibility
· The Sponsor’s company logo and profile shall feature on the Event’s website with a hyperlink to the Sponsor’s corporate page, designated as the head of the official sponsor of the Event.
· The Sponsor’s logo shall feature in the Event platform under the heading “Official Sponsor”.
· The company logo shall be included in pre-Event e-shots, distributed to a highly targeted selection from the Event database.
Provision of 4 (Four) delegate passes for the Event.
· A branded meeting table dedicated to the Sponsor’s 1-to-1 partnering meetings, ensuring a strong and professional brand presence.
· Permission for the Sponsor to use its company-branded tablecloth and showcase marketing materials to maximise visibility and engagement.
· Up to two roll-up banners positioned behind the Sponsor’s table, creating a highly visible and impactful branded meeting space throughout the Event.
· On-site interview recording for the Sponsor’s marketing use (with reference to the Event).
· The Sponsor shall host the Cocktail Reception on the evening of Day One (4th February), place – TBA, providing a relaxed and engaging networking environment for all participants.
· To maximise networking opportunities during the Reception, the Sponsor may invite additional guests or clients (up to 10 people); such guests wishing to join meetings and the full Event programme shall receive a 25% discount on the registration fee.
· Invitations to the evening Cocktail Reception featuring the Sponsor’s company logo shall be distributed to participants at registration.
· Opportunity for the Sponsor to distribute its company’s marketing materials and/or goodie bags to attendees during the Event.
